Terrible....stay overnight without water at the toilet!
Location - easy to asses
1. Totally no water at your room for over night. Can't imagine how terrible until you don't even take bath or wash your ......... after you go to toilet. 2. Believe that the one and only hotel were the wifi service are chargeable, never had such experience before. 3. Safety issue - poor electrical connection for hair dryer. By-pass connection which created electrical hazard.

Staff no friendly enought..price for extra bed its to expensive..breakfast we pay its to much rm45 perhead..but food quatlily bad n no choice..its not fair

The 2-bedroom suite was very spacious.
The 2-bedroom suite was very spacious. Suitable for my family of 6 (2 kids above 12 and 2 kids below 12). Kids enjoyed playing at the pool. The coffee was delicious. Check in and check out was fast.
The hotel needs to be refurbished. The furnitures are old. The toilets are moldy and not so clean. Had hard time adjusting the shower and the temperature. Felt eerie as if no one else stayed at the hotel although it was school holiday.

Run-down hotel suites that really need a refurbishment immediately.
Location & suites selections
Cleanliness, amenities & furnitures are worn out. Towels are very very old. Pillows are very old. Bathroom not clean at all especially the toilet bowl cover..looks like it has bern there for more than 20 years. Check these in room 529. Very bad. Kitchen cabinet like never been cleaned. We had to ask for evrything including yo clean our room on our 2nd day stay.
